Lands End

Lands End is located in California, in the North Central region of California. This moderately sloping site consists of extremely uneven terrain, containing many deep cracks and folds.

Lands End is dominated by a mixture of consolidated bedrock and boulder fields, and the area surrounding the site is comprised of a mixture of consolidated bedrock, boulder fields, and pebble beach. The primary coastal orientation of this site is northwest.

Lands End was established in 2007 as part of a Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA). Photo plot and motile invertebrate surveys were done as part of the NRDA.
